Hi guys I hope you are all well. Today I thought I would do something a little different and share some things that I love doing other than reading. I don’t know if any of you are interested but this is for anyone who may want to get to know me a little better. So I guess I’ll get straight into it.

Singing – I have always loved singing, or at least as long as I can remember I have. Now I don’t think I’m any good at it but I still love it.

Baking – I remember making chocolate brownies with my mum and sister when I was younger and I have loved baking ever since. My most recent bake was a banana loaf with chocolate. I also enjoy cooking.

Watching TV/films – there are some fantastic TV shows and films out there and I love curling up on the sofa to a good show/film. Some favourite TV shows include the West Wing, NCIS and Orphan Black. Some favourite films include Howl’s Moving Castle, Don’t Say a Word and Breakfast at Tiffany’s.

Blogging – as much as I would love to call this my job I can’t because I’m not being paid to do it, so it’s currently just a hobby. I have loved starting this blog though and I look forward to continuing with it.

Video games – again I think I’m rubbish at these but I still enjoy playing them. We’ve always been a Playstation household and I also have a Nintendo 3DS. Some of my favourite games include Horizon: Zero Dawn, Tomb Raider, Pokemon games (favourite Pokemon game is probably soulsilver), Zelda games (favourite Zelda game is Ocarina of Time), Uncharted games and the Jak and Daxter games.
I had one of those times where my mind went completely blank while writing this :). Fortunately I got there in the end. I hope you guys don’t mind these more personal posts. What do you love doing other than reading? I hope you are all having a wonderful day and I will see you next time.

Do you have a switch? I’d love to get one but its soo expensive. And i still play on my 3DS so often. I will probably wait a while^^

Haha maybe. I don’t but I really want one. As you say though, they are so expensive. Hopefully one day I’ll get one 🙂 yeah I still play my 3DS often! Looking forward to the new Pokemon game coming out later this year 🙂

Breakfast at Tiffany’s is awesome! I saw it for the first time the other month and loved it 🙂 i like journaling, walking and binge watching tv shows 🙂 at the mo Grey’s Anatomy is taking over my life 😀 it’s cool that you sing!

It is seriously so good and I love Aubrey Hepburn so much! 🙂 Oh I’ve never really seen Grey’s Anatomy – maybe I’ll give to a try. I loved ER when it was being broadcast so I like medical dramas…

Oh you definitely should then if you like that sort of thing. We really liked House so thought we’d like it, and now we prefer Grey’s to House 😂 it’s v emotional though. I never cry at tv/books and stuff but dear me i’ve cried at Grey’s 😄😂

Aside from the baking, I fully agree with all of these! It’s not that baking doesn’t interest me, I’d just rather leave it to the girlfriend as she’s a bit more invested in it. Great choice in Video games, by the way, Ocarina of Time is easily one my favourite games of all time, let alone just favourite Zelda title.

Fair enough 🙂 Thank you. Yeah Ocarina of Time is fantastic. I want to get a switch for the new Zelda game but it’s so expensive. Ah well I’ll just have to stick to the classics 🙂

Breath of the Wild is incredible 🙂 But it’s not quite like the other Zeldas… It’s both a good thing and a bad thing, in my eyes. Definitely worth playing if you ever get your hands on a Switch though 🙂

OK I definitely want to play it at some point! Yeah I’m interested to see what they’ve done with it as the visuals look quite different from what I’ve seen. 🙂
