Anticipated Book Releases: Sept-Dec

We are now into the month of September and so only have four months left of this year. So I thought I would share all the books I am anticipating between September and December. There are so many books being released so I will have missed some but these are the books that I am interested in. I have 15 books to share with you so I won’t be going into details about them. That would mean we would be here all day and I’m pretty rubbish at describing synopsis anyway so… I have linked to all of the books Goodreads pages for your browsing pleasure instead :). Some of these books are continuations of series, while the others are standalones or the first in a series. I don’t tend to preorder alot of books, so only one of these is actually preordered but I am still incredibly excited for these books. Before I start, just a quick disclaimer that as these books are not released yet the pictures below were sourced from Goodreads. Onto the books.

September:
October:
November:
  • The Burning Light / Bradley P. Beaulieu – Nov 1st – Goodreads page
  • Scrappy Little Nobody / Anna Kendrick – Nov 15th – Goodreads page
  • Scythe / Neal Shusterman – Nov 22nd – Goodreads page
  • Arcanum Unbounded / Brandon Sanderson – Nov 22nd – Goodreads page
  • To Capture What We Cannot Keep / Beatrice Colin – Nov 29th – Goodreads page
December:
  • The Pale Dreamer / Samantha Shannon – Dec 6th – Goodreads page
As you can see there are some very exciting book releases coming up in the next four month. I want to also quickly mention Successor’s Promise by Trudi Canavan which is book 3 in the Milleniums Rule trilogy. However it still has no release date, so I am slowly losing hope that it will be released this year.  Anyway I am very happy it is now autumn :). Please let me know if you think I have missed any exciting releases and what you are most anticipating for the rest of this year. I hope you are all having a wonderful day and I will see you next time.

  1. I’m having trouble finding the release date for the Thorn of Emerlaine – I really hope it is September but I worry we may be in for a longer wait (Amazon is being cagey about a UK release date). It’s probably my most eagerly anticipated book of this year!

      1. Good to know thanks – sounds like it might not be necessarily be moving out by too much though, which is definitely a good thing

  3. Ooh, I’d forgotten that Becky Chambers’ A Closed and Common Orbit was due out. Thanks for the reminder.
I was trying to work out which one you’d pre-ordered 🙂
